Why the First Step for a First Date is Exercise
Pre-date jitters are inevitable when you're going out with someone you barely know for the first time. You can spend hours prepping and preparing for a short time out on the town.
Chances are, your schedule of getting relaxed and getting ready are all wrong. Here are a few reasons why a workout dhould be the first thing on your list.

Exercising before a date can really help boost your confidence, release any nerves you may be feeling, and help you to look and feel your best and who doesn't want that?!

Exercising before a date helps release chemicals called endorphins, which trigger a positive and happy feeling in your body- "exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't." If you don't get the reference, please study your early 2000's classic Rom Coms.

A sweaty gym sesh will help clean your pores out, eliminate some water weight, and get your skin to produce some more of its natural oils that help skin stay glowing, supple, and healthy.
You only get one shot at a first impression. Make it count.

She found a love for dance at six-years-old and her passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle stemmed from that. She loves being active becausenot only has it strengthened her awareness of treating her body well, but has given her a drive to encourage and help others do the same. She loves finding new ways in (and out of) the gym to strengthen and nurture her body while keeping it interesting and fun! She loves to incorporate her dancing roots into her workout routines, and throw in ballet technique ever so often.
When she is not hitting up the gym or spending time outdoors, she can be found performing on stage, choreographing productions, reading a novel, or hiking. Casi finds joy in meeting people and loves when she gets an opportunity to encourage them to be fit and to love the body and life they're in!
