Acceptable Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit ONLY within 10 days of the ship date.
Please include the original invoice or a note with reason for exchange or return. 

Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, in original condition and with tags.
Items with any stains, makeup of any kind will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost, if not paid within 30 days items will be donated.

Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the S&H costs of the returned or exchanged item.

When returning shoes please places shoes and shoe box in another box or new poly mailer so box does not get damaged. If shoes are damaged / and box is damaged there will be a 20% restock fee.

Items ordered using DICOUNT CODE OF 20% or more may not be returned as they will be considered FINAL SALE.

No returns on jewelry, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, intimates, bras, body suites, leggings or custom items such as, bags, wallets, belts.

STORE CREDIT WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL LINKED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE STORE CREDIT.
