Cardio Gym Routine
Hello, lovelies!
I hope your week is off to an amazing start and that you're ready for some new challenges! 
Today I wanted to give you guys a good cardio routine to do at the gym. I like to do this routine when I really want a good full body workout in and to get my sweat on! 
As mentioned in my last post, I tend to steer towards plyometrics when it comes to cardio; but I also like to challenge myself by using different gym machines for cardio work. I love doing timed workouts on specific machines and then adding in some ab, arm, or leg moves in between cardio sets. Stretching too- make sure you don't forget that important part to any workout! 

Remember: Do what works best for you and for your body! Feel free to increase or decrease speeds and lengths of this routine. 
This just a guideline, and you're in charge! You know your strengths and limitations better than anyone else - push yourself!

10 minutes on 20% incline at the speed of 4.0 mph. For me, this is more about the incline than the speed.

7-10 minutes on speed 5. This machine gets me sweating the most! 
10 minutes on level 5. Try to keep a steady pace!

In between machines, throw in some jump squats, crunches, bicep curls, or whatever you want to keep that heart rate up!
